Well i tried using my slim wires but that didnt work

mate its your cables, mess around with it , 4 rings does not mean its broke, it means theres a fault in the connection with the cables

send your jtag into nitz0 or icy tank,

tell them the problem,

and get it fixed.

That is the ONLY possible way.

Try removing your hdd, and power it on.
