well i just got an ipod but its on recovery mode and it wont get out of recovery, i tried jailbreaking to see if it would go away and it wouldnt. and i really wanna restore it and i always get this error "1611".

I think the only way is putting it in DFU mode and restoring and it should fix the problem!

gooogle what that error means and a apple link will show up and then do what it says it will work

Hold the sleep button for 2 seconds, then keep holding the sleep button but then begin holding the home button simultaneously for about 10 seconds and then let go of the sleep button and keep holding the home button but for 15 seconds and it should put your iDevice into DFU mode and then restore it!
