get a torx t-8 screwdriver or use a very small flat sended screwdriver that fits in the little gap

What I use is just a screwdriver which the end looks like a spatula, it works but a torx 8 is the real thing

You need a Torx 7-9 security HaX screw Driver.
Hard as heck to find in stores.
1. there are 7 screws on the controller, the hidden 1 is under the Batter pack (peal away bar code)
2. once screws are out, face controller down and push on the joy sticks to pull it apart (might be tuff at first)
3. remove all the buttons ect...
Need anymore help just ask.
