so, i have a pretty old pc im on now, and im sure i have the updated graphics card and java.
But when i try playing OFFLINE (the free version)in browser, it loads up, then, my pc just crashes. can anyone help at all?

Hmm even If you have updated the graphics it still may be to old to run minecraft.

I used to have the same problem until I bought a new laptop.

that always used to happen me but all you have to do is play in browser. When u say crashes u mean ur screen just freezes right?

i have literally updated it a few days ago, so i don't think thats the problem. I don't have much ram i know that, but people have said it should run.

and well, it loads up and when the 'planting' loading bar comes, it literally shuts my whole pc down D;
