Im trying to make som nice pctures but I can't find any good programs.

Go to Paint.net
It has an upgraded version of paint easy to add brushes and fonts to and very good to make avatars and sigs on.
I might even say its better than Photoshop

go look for a straight up download of adobe photoshop cs4 without using keygens and torrents and check it has no viruses one of the best programs by far.

Each to their own. I use CS5, but have had just as much success with Paint (for real....Paint FTW) I code websites and some other things in notepad, im hardcore like that, all these fancy programs just dont do it for me.

If i were you i would d/l a few (cs4/cs5/paint.net/gimp/etc) download the trials or FREE torrent versions, try till you find one that suits your style....
