Probably because they don't live in America, they are just basing it off of the percentage that America has (which is high as a female dog). [Some] Americans don't like the British because they're different. Same goes for other countries, races, languages etc.

America, is the most important Country in the world. It's the center of trade (Hence why every country in the world knows english) United States runs EVERYTHING. FFS we ended WW2. We were the first with nuclear weapons. We put the first man on the moon. So what if we have fat people? We know, we are currently trying to stop it.
