If you want to do all that then you will need to build your own.

Here is what i suggest for exactly 700$.

DVD burner -

1TB WD blue at 7200 rpm -

High quality seasonic 80 plus bronze psu -

Pretty basic MOBO -

4 gigs of g skill ram -

AMD 970 quad core ( may want to go with the 1090 t if you have more money ).

Don't want to go into to much detail but that is a pretty good rig for only 700$ + tax.
