Once in lobby DO the following

Knife to bring up the mod menu, shoot to scroll down, aim to scroll up, and X button to select, i will automatically make you either 10th or 11th, if you dont talk your 11th, if you talk tell me what prestige, for ALL attachments scroll down until you see unlock-able menu.
