You need to tell the teacher you trust the most.

If the teachers don't do anything you CAN bring this to court.

simple thing that helped me when i was in that situation
1 thing is that bully feed ( literlay FEED ) off u being afraid or sad
so show none of that when they call u names LOL at it say yeh thats funny then walk away
more or less they will do it agin 2-5 more times if u keep loling at it no matter even if they say WTF are u loling for just keep saying cuz its funny and eventualy they will get bored and leave u alone

i know that type of person. attention seekers, they will never do anything if they are on their own and they will try to get laughs by calling you names, am i right? what you should do is either ignore them and dont give them the response they want. or. tell a strict teacher that you know will do something about it (and take your side).
