my pic are saved to my computer so how do i get them to be my banner and avatar cuz i made dem they have no url???????? plz help

Upload it to tinypic.com or photobucket.com

then go to your porfile
go to edit profile,
scroll to the very bottom for an avatar
then paste the link of the picture
