I noticed this too. Maybe it's just like from CoD4 like when you Find a certain amount of Intel you unlock more and more cheats

There is normally cheats in the campaign, you probably have to get some form of intel again like all the others. But they may have just put some cheats in to stop them looking bad when they are demonstrating it.

It could be something like cheats in CoD 4 for campaign, when you find intel items you unlock cheats
