The Basics of Spawn Trapping
Spawn trapping, for those who don't know, is rushing into one's spawn, and trapping them there by killing them over and over and over again. It gets quite annoying to the losing team

How to Spawn Trap
If you're just starting at spawn trapping you may wanna use lightweight and marathon for your perks. One way to spawn kill is to just completely run to their spawn, completely ignoring anything else on your screen and murdering them all. The smart way to do it is have patience, be sneaky, and find a good place to hide in their spawn. Once you get a few kills, 3 - 4, switch spots and do it all over again. I would recommend going into a private match and checking for spots in all spawns in Demolition. Demolition is obviously the best game type to do this on. You must be familiar with demolition already to start, or play a lot of demolition for practice.

The Benefits of Spawn Trapping
Spawn trapping can easily get you 50+ kills a game once you learn how to do this really well. I average about 55-60 kills a game in my BAD games. If You have good killstreaks through out the entire game, you'll have easily 100 kills if your team isn't full of try hard bomb planters. You can achieve up to 40k experience in ONE game if you're really good, therefore you can get 15th prestige in no time

What's A Good Setup For Spawn Trapping?
You can use any gun you're accustom too, though I would not recommend sniper rifles, shotguns, or LMG's due to slow running. The gun that I use, and most others, is the FAMAS. It's overall best gun to do this with. You should have Ghost or Ghost Pro, Warlord or Warlord Pro, and Ninja or Ninja Pro. The attachments you should use for spawn trapping is Extended mags with Suppressor. You should have a good secondary, just incase you run out of ammo with no time to reload. I would choose pythons with dual wield. I would also use willy petes, to hide your rush route, and tactical insertions for when you get into their spawn and don't want to run ALL the way back.
