The Top Four Image Hosts!

(In no particular order!)

1. Drop Box
2. CloudApp/FluffyApp
3. Min.us
4. Imgur

Drop Box

Drop box, the already popular sharing application even though it's not a strictly image sharing site it does the job just fine. All you have to do is drag the image into the public folder and get the public link and your done.

Cloud App + Fluffy App

CloudApp, which is a strictly Mac based image sharing app, was designed to be the fastest way to share images. FluffyApp is the Windows counterpart of CloudApp. All you have to do is drag the file onto the CloudApp icon on the menu bar or the CloudApp icon on your quick launch tray and the link gets copied to your clipboard and it's ready for sharing.

Imgur

Imgur is a sleek, easy to use, and well designed image host that has risen in the past few years. Signing up is as simple as filling out a few fields and there are many useful tools to edit your photos with. Making an account allows you to track your files and keep a timeline of them.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] Min.us

Min.us is a very simple and easy to use image host that also allows files, audio, and video sharing. Signing up allows you to keep track of your images just like imgur and has some nice features to keep track of your files. There is also a drag and drop feature where you just drag the file from your desktop onto the home screen and it will automatically upload it.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] = Personal Favorite

Rest In Peace:
1. Photobucket (Old age and sluggishness)
2. Imageshack (Inconvenience)
3. TinyPic (Bad Bandwidth + many blacklisted sites, TTG might be next)

Photobucket is sluggish, outdated, and takes much longer than these.

Nice post. I didn't know about most of these. I think I will try out min.us It sounds like a good site. I like the way you can drag and drop and that you can upload anything.

Flickr is more of an artists social networking/sharing site.
