You should you "Slant" font for the text on the right and in the speech bubble a sort of scribble font I have one but I forgot what it is called if you can not find one on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] PM and I will find one for you

It is not very original, but you should definitely add the boxes behind the applications such as the video and channel comments, maybe find a good stock picture of a piece of paper and use that.
