1)
Okay, first we need to find the access panel to where to controls are.
this is very easy to find and is often left unlocked. Once you have found it we can move on to step two.

2)
Second we need to locate the control. which looks like this,

3)
Once you have found the control programming the sign is very simple you just need to scroll down the menu until you find the selection "Instant Text". Then you select it and type what ever you want the sign to say and press enter.

4)
Run/drive away. ;)

Note: If the control needs a password try DOTS it is the default password and chances are it has not been changed.
