GPU is making a poor connection to the motherboard. You can solve this issue by a very simple BGA reflow of the GPU.

This is caused primarily by cold solder joints or warping of the motherboard due to poor engineering design on behalf of Microsoft.

How about you use a convection oven instead.

Using a heatgun = stupid

Strip it down to bare motherboard...no heatsinks...nothing.

Put it in a convection oven @ 225Farenheit for 4 hours.

Take it out...let it cool down....it'll work...promise u that.

This way, you will not ruin the board or the chip.
