Wrong. PC graphics are always capable to outdo Console graphics due to the ability to constantly upgrade your video card to a better one. Unlesss Frostbite engine prevents this and sets the max to console graphics.

Your all wrong, this is indeed console gameplay, this was shot during e3 and all e3 gameplay from Battlefield 3 was console gameplay. Umad? ;D
