I'm officially switching to PS3. I know that the service is down and everything is all messed up, but online time is free, and I just can't pay $60 a year for Xbox Live anymore.

I have a question though...
How many of you have switched from Xbox 360 to PS3 recently? Thanks!

I switched from Xbox to PS3 about 4 months ago, I still have an Xbox though. I play both consoles, but the Xbox has slightly more to offer.

So your going to pay $300 for a PS3 but cant pay $60 for XBL witch 16 cents a day?

I'm not poor.
I just don't want to keep wasting money. I pay a one time fee of $300 for a console, then pay $50 for games, and then another $60 per YEAR on top of that. That's just a waste considering you can play the same stuff (roughly) on the PS3 for a one time fee of a console and a game.

Thats dumb, they have horrible connection and 60$ A year really isnt much.

And when they hacked again then what are you going to do? 16 cents a day isnt expensive AT ALL. I pay gold monthly on both of my accounts.

i switched ps3 is ten times better no annoying 12 year olds screaming because their throwing knifed add me on psn well play some time iSpeakerBox

If it's not that much, then how about one of you pay for my xbox time. Since it's OBVIOUSLY not that much.
