To start off, Mod Menus are not patched. They are never going to be FULLY patched.

This was happening a few days ago. But not with Mod Menus. But, with the discs going unreadable.
The thing that is happening is, Treyarch is Updating the servers.
Now, if everyone would be so kindly to stop posting topics about it.

if they patch anything when they're done with the server update please for the love of god let it be the usb modding :facepalm:
