Can anybody reset kill streaks, or de-rank me so my killstreak is back to 0 please? will +rep

hi mate the only thing a can think of is if you get into a de-rank lobby and it resets all your stats and you would be back to the start at level 1 i have had it done before and everything was set back to 0 just need to look out for someone thats doing de-rank lobbys
