YouTube is just putting ads on your channel for money.
They are greedy, so they must resign ad's on your channel for the noobs that click on the product and eventually buy it.

No. There is a partner program that YouTube has which let's you change what is above your vids on the top left of the screen. Also, your channel background can have a banner along the top - channels like optic, machinima, seananners have this - and you need around 5K subs with 20K views on each vid.
