Array is a snowy map, set in cold climates and home to a large telecommunications tower. The gameplay on Array is fast and players must be able to react quickly to excel. It is medium in size, but provides a lot of opportunity for close quarters combat.
Array makes for great Domination or Capture the Flag matches, with several snaking paths around the sides and several buildings through the middle. Other features of the map include a huge satellite dish that players can climb on, and even walk along the top edge.
Based on the maps layout, air support killstreaks excel, as there are very few tight spaces, and there are fairly large open areas where a Napalm or B-52 'Rolling Thunder' airstike would be ideal.
