whenever i try to play mw2 pc this error shows up

means your computer cant handle the graphics

Your video card is too old? Maybe try updating? Sorry that is all I could help with.
Updating your Video Card.
Right Click on My computer and click manage.
Go to Device Manager.
Click on Display Adapters and then right click your Video Card.
Then hit update.

Your computer doesn't have a stron enough processor or enough RAM.
