Graphics-1GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M
Memory-4GB RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo processor
Bought this laptop about 5-6 months ago and it was perfect, until recently I would be playing a game E.G COD4 and would be on 60fps-80 and then all of a sudden it would just drop to 5-15fps. I would exit out of the game, open up task manager and check to see if there was any obvious problem. It would say the CPU usage would be on 80-100% after exiting out of all programs. And I would be barely able to move the mouse it was so laggy, 5-10 minutes later it would eventually die down the repeat.. ..
Does any one have the same problem? Or a solution?
Please...

Scott-Teh-MLG wrote Your processor isn't fast enough to handle that amount of fps.
Try running a virus scan using this:

I just completely wiped my hard drive(25 pass) a couple of days ago because of the problem I'm pretty sure its not a virus

Try having a look to see if you the RAM is correctly clicked in and snug tight. Check the cpu as well .. it might have dust on it which limits it.

Thanks man, it could actually be the problem. Do I really need a can of compressed air to clean it? Or is there other ways??
