A GUY HACKED MY ACCOUNT. HE TOLD ME IF I GOT INTO HIS CLAN HE'D DO A FREE SYSTEM LINK LOBBY. I GAVE HIM MY INFO BUT REALIZED HE WAS SCAMMING ME AND THEN I CHANGED MY PASSWORD BUT HE STILL GOT INTO MY ACCOUNT SOMEHOW. I HAVE A CREDIT CARD ON THERE AND EVERYTHING. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DOO ):

You have to recover your profile on your xbox, it will knock him offline and sign you in.

call microsoft and tell them ur account is hacked and that ur credit card info was on it and they will freeze the account and ask u some questions to see if it is ur account really.

if he has changed your password then call xbox (1800-4my-xbox) they will tell you how to recover your account and how to change the password. and if the guy has made and credit card charges you will have to call your credit card company and dispute the charges.
