Hey, i just found out how to do this so sorry if its not the best detailed, but here it is:
its really easy...
1.go to edit profile and go to your name.
2.put 43 spaces
3.then put whatever you want to show up on your game session.
4.stay one the dashboard and ask a friend to hover over your name on their friends list and see if it has worked

IT is not my fault if you enter text that could get you banned such as 'Hosting 10th/11th lobby'

it worked for me and my friends... were you on the dashboard when your friend checked your name cos sometimes it takes a little while to work on games.

but sometimes if your game session is not too long your motto will partly show so ask your friend too see if your session is long enough and your motto isn't showing
