Its a Mod junior They have youtube tutorials on how to make it. Im too lazy to be of any real help but ill do a bit of searching

i try to find them on youtube but every one just shows that they have it not how they do it

You have to have 2 accounts.

Your main xbox live 1 and then an offline account with this exact name!

JD2020.

Sign in JD2020 as account 1 and then sign in Your main xbox live account as controller 2.

Then when you get onto waw just type in on your controller cycl, ...., rain, move.
