IS that a good price ?
Would them spec's be ok for playing COD ? And what Graphics card would you reccomend ?
I already have a PSU and stuff

Its not to bad, i prefer to move away from amd ( just my opinion). If you want good value try scan.co.uk, ebuyer.co.uk or overclockers.co.uk . These all have good value parts and pre built machines.

First of all i would definately not get an ATX motherboard unless you want a tiny compact motherboard that will most likely attract dust and get hot.
Try getting a new i5 2500k processor (those are beast) and a ASUS p67 board, you really don't need 8gb RAM imo 4GB would be definately enough by far
