I am removing limits off of paypals for $5.
I call paypal and i know what to say, then they unlimit it.
Its easy and works 90% of the time!
After I get my first customer I will have a vouch.

Oh and you pay after im done removing the limitation.

i dont understand what is the point of paying you $5, when they could easily do it themselves without calling paypal, all you do is confirm ur bank account and then you dont have a limit anymore, are you talking about some other limit?

No but some people cannot find out how to take off that limit. Because all i see on here is people saying how do you take off the limits.
