i have this kid on my friends list on xbox live and he can apparently hack ip's and steal credit card info and i know he his lying but he is just going around terrorizing people so can you help me stop him?

Simple solution. Ask him what your Ip is. If he is fake he won't know however anyone can use cain and abel. Too really get ask him what the last 4 digits to your credit card.
