Gabriela: Certainly. No problem at all.

Jack Often: Is this (referring to customer support) A full-time job?

Gabriela: Yes, of course.

Jack Often: Is it your first full time job? If not, what was your first full time job?

Gabriela: No, this is not my first full-time job. I am already 40 years old. My first full time job was in a funeral parlor way back in the mid-1980s (I am not kidding).

Gabriela: After I graduated in highschool. I did not go to college anymore.

Jack Often: What was the salary in your current job and, (if you remember) The salary of your first job?

Gabriela: I apologize but I cannot disclose that information. But the salary is the same as with the other call center agent.

Jack Often: That is fine. On a Scale of 1-10 how exciting do you find your job?

Gabriela: It is exciting because you will meet a lot of people and you will find new friends.

Jack Often: That is nice.

Jack Often: Is your salary high or low? or can you give me a range of numbers so i can make an assumption

Gabriela: I can say it is average salary because from that salary, I can pay the rent of the apartment and also eat 3 times a day and still have a little money to buy some groceries.

Jack Often: So do you work in Palm Beach, Florida?

Jack Often: and how would you describe your workplace

Gabriela: Yes, we are based in Florida.

Gabriela: You can say the environment is like those of other call centers.

Gabriela: Very spacious.

Gabriela: Lots of caffeteria.

Jack Often: Office building, perhaps? Do you work in a cubicle?

Gabriela: Yes, just like other call centers.

Jack Often: Do you find your job difficult in any way?

Gabriela: Yes, it is difficult in a way that you have to maintain a standard to entertain customers. And it is very tiring to the mind.

Jack Often: What are the requirements that you need to meet in able to work at Magic-jack?

Gabriela: Of course, you have to an average typing speed, good in English language, good personality or attitude and most of all you will have to master your product.

Jack Often: How do you feel about the product your company sells? Do you use one personally?

Gabriela: I feel that our product help a lot of people in terms of communication cost problem especially long distance call. People save a lot of money using this product. I use one personally but it was given to me as a gift.

Gabriela: I love junk foods.

Gabriela: I am originally from Mississippi. And just came here in Florida to find work. And I love pizza pie and milkshake.

Gabriela: I have tried almost every fastfood stores near our workplace.

Jack Often: What is your favorite color and why?

Gabriela: My favorite color is orange. I just like the color because it is very cool to my eyes.

Jack Often: what is your opinion on our current government "situation"

Gabriela: I am apolitical. I do not like politics. But I respect the law and the government.

Jack Often: what type of car do you drive and why

Gabriela: I have no car. I commute everyday.

Jack Often: saves a lot of money i suppose.

Gabriela: yes, save lots of money and I do not know how to drive.

Jack Often: I see. Was this your choice or forced?

Gabriela: Do you mean that I do not like to learn how to drive?

Jack Often: yes was it your choice not to drive
