You obviously don't know much about anything to do with this and tbh i dont know all that much either, however, i know the basics.
Im pretty sure that none of the scientist are trying to prove that a micro-organism gave birth to a human baby. The evolution happened over millions of years and maybe every time the organism had a baby it go slightly bigger. I hope this is simple enough for you to understand.
