That happened to my Jtag, all I did was:
1. open the xbox and unscrew the shell of the disc drive,
2. then cut a square 1 inch piece of square paper, make a small little circle in the middle
3. get a gluestick and lightly put glue on the black magnet and put it back together.

The reason for your problem is that your magnet is too strongly on the disc spinner.

open it and open u the disk drive and fix it

You have to take it apart and put a small piece of paper between the magnet and the disc drive. Also it doesn't hurt to clean the thing while it is open.

All you have to do is turn your xbox360 off then tap your xbox. but if this happenes again then your gears in your dvd drive are sticking. then you need to send it to microsoft to get it fixed or fix it yourself
