There is nothing to rate.. This is simply the best you can get right now.

1000 watt PSU is overkill since the 580s TDP is 244 watts and the i7 is 95 watts. Your system would run well on a 750 watt PSU or even a 650 watt! get a nice 80+ Gold PSU from a manufacturer like Seasonic (Who makes Corsair and XFX units, too). I'd go with this 750 watt Seasonic unit for some wiggle room:

Instead of the Caviar Blacks, go with the Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB. They are extremely fast and have impeccable reliability and reputation. It is truly the only 1TB hard drive anyone should buy. They perform fantastically in RAID 0, too.

16 GB RAM is just ridiculous unless you have some sort of justification like Virtual Machines, HEAVY editing, calculating pi, or other memory-intensive processes. For gaming, 4 is more than enough. If for some reason you need more, 8 would be more than enough for almost anything.

Your system would fit in a mid-tower case so the massive HAF X is not really necessary unless that is what you want. The high air flow also serves high-end air coolers like the Noctua NH-D14 very well, so you may want to consider it over the H90. The D14 probably performs better, too.

The 2600K is not worth the premium over the 2500K unless you plan on using heavily-threaded applications like encoders or heavy editors regularly. Games do not benefit from the extra threads, either.

I do an awful lot of video encoding, thus why i brought the cpu and motherboard chip set i have (also why i need all that ram.) I also do large amount of coding and debugging which is ram intensive. A 580 doesnt fit in a mid tower; also i plan to upgrade to sli thus the huge psu.

2 580's outperform a 590.

Removing hard drive cages that you don't use will make it fit. And still, even with 2 580s, an 850 watt PSU would be better than a 1000 watt. Make sure you get a quality unit like the one I posted, though, you definitely need one here.
