No, it doesn't delete whatever your highlighting..it replace's the patch with the current patch..it's like copying and pasting a file with the name "pudding" into a folder that already has a file named "pudding"

so i wont have 2 patches in there either? it will replace the patch that is already there but it wont get rid of what i am highlighting right?
