everytime a join a mod menu and pick 10th prestige it comes up with the 10th thing but when a go to play online it comes up with a stupid message can anyone tell me how a can go back to 10th prestige pls thank you

it appears as though the peristent rank for my gt has been corrupted. your rank has been restored to the most recently stored backup commander lvl 65 prestige 11th

its just a pain in the ass and someone said to me to get 10th and play the cooperative campaign on 1 misson and it should keep you 10th but it never it just come up with the same stupid message mabye it would be better if a just got into a derank lobby and got everything reset but how can a find one of them lol
