You can actually, there is a member on here: conwell73 he helped me by sending a link from his website. I tried it and it works 100%

You can still Mod your GT. You just need new Softwar/Fresh Data.

why because of the new dashboard in august?

that is like 2 months better do all the modding possible

and you actually might be able to if you save everything to a USB then go back to network settings then save it!
