You havn't heard about them?!?!
Basically they reward you for dieing a certain amount of times in a row without getting any kills.
The confirmed ones are:
Copycat-allows you to take your killer's class until you die again(4 deaths)
Painkiller-3x more health when you spawn(3 deaths)

What 3x more health when you spawn? It's like giving Juggernaught a new name. Wow that is going to be lame. If people die 3 times in a row it's their fault, it's not my fault they suck at the game and I'm too good for them. It's really going to be retarded trying to kill someone when it takes you a whole clip and it only takes them 1/3 of the clip. When I get MW2 I'm jumping straight into the MP. You gotta get good and learn the maps before others do and dominate against you because it's really hard to get kills when you don't know the map and to get use to the map you gotta play it a few times but you can't be getting owned while your trying to learn it. That's how CoD4 was for me. I got it Call of Duty 4 for Christmas in 08 and the game came out a few months before in 07 so I was horrible when I first started playing.

I would go straight to multiplayer and test out guns. 8)

when i get the game im going to go staright onto the multiplayer but i heard you have to lvl up to 70 to be able to prestiege which is a bit to much, if there are deathstreaks then i think thats a lil stupid tbh

Come on people, use your common sense. It has to be the Campaign first, your all like "ooooooo I wanna get ahead of my friends".

Do the campaign, get a feel of the game because it WILL feel different. Get some achievements.
