if you have windows vista or windows 7 then you have to disable UAC. search it on your search bar in the start menu, then open the UAC configurations or something, and when a bar comes up asking what UAC level you want, put the bar all the way at the bottom and it will ask you to restart your computer. do this then tell me if it works or not.

ok now when i turn it off. it wont let me run xport360 as a adminastrtor.

look up how to disable UAC on google or youtube. im possitive that was your problem. once u did that if it wont let u run xport 360 as administrator you might need to redownload that or make sure ur UAC is all the way down. how wont it let you run xport? does it give you an error message?

when i run as adminastrator it says how to do it, then it says to try and sign as a adminastrator
