well no offence here im only trying to help but 20k isnt that much so don't expect anything that great
Barclays PL
Formation - 4-1-2-1-2
Manager - Get any manager with 4-1-2-1-2 (Preferably English)
GK - Van Der Sar - 83 - 750 coins
LB - Leighton Baines - 78 - 500 coins
CB - Jolean Lescott - 81 - 800 coins
CB - Vincent Kompany - 80 - 800 coins
RB - John O'Shea - 80 - 800 coins
CDM - Yaya Toure - 83 - 800 coins
LM - Ryan Giggs - 82 - 1000 coins
RM - Aliaksandr Hleb - 82 - 800 coins
CAM - David Silva - 85 - 4000 coins
ST - Edin Dzeko - 85 - 4000 coins
ST - Darren Bent - 82 - 1500 coins
Total = 15750
That leaves you with about 4k to spend on a manager and fill out your bench with some sh*t players

Darren Bent is one of my fav players on ultimate team and he's only cheap. I've had pretty much every world class striker, Ronaldo, Messi, Rooney, Torres, Drogba so on
