How to make an SMF or mybb forum without having to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
This tutorial is for the people out there that either are too lazy to learn how to FTP or just do not know how.
This tutorial will cover up how to make a SMF (Simple.Machine.Forums) or a mybb forum all for free.
The only difference between this and the FTP is absolutely nothing.
There are 2 sites you will need to register your forum on first.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . smfnew .com or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
As you can tell the first site I listed was SMF and the second one was mybb.
If you did not realize that then please GTFO.
Next your going to want to register your free forum.
They will ask you a little it of information and it will require you to make your admin login.
Once you do that your new forum will be registered as [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . ____. smfnew. com or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] depending on which one you make.
Once you do that you can begin using your forum.
For noob purposes I suggest you use SMF if you do not know anything about web designing.
Its a very easy tool to use with no coding and your site will turn out nice.
You can enable chatboxes straight from the get go and get your forum up in running on no time.
Your admin view will look like this.

Your moderator control area will look like this.

Mybb IMO can be nice because of the way your overall forums look.
You admin panel is a lot nicer but you will have to work a little harder to get the hang of it,this is not completely noob friendly.
With mybb you can make your forum look decent by actually coding or using the crappy default skins they give you.

Your moderation panel looks like this

So as you can see mybb moderator panel is more organized as well.
Once you access either your mybb or smf admin panel you can start building your site.
If you need any help with your site then just ask and I will be more than happy too.
As of now I do not think there is a way to host on IP Board without [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .
If there is a way then tell me and I will add to this tutorial.

Creating a website that you originally have to do a whole process to create. But if you follow this tutorial you can make a forum a lot easier.
