If you have 800 Microsoft points already in ur console, and you recover an acc.
Can you change that acc's gamertag?

I don't think so, the 800 MS points are assigned to that gamertag and can't be moved.

No, The Microsoft points are stored onto the account.

It's different with movies/music videos, It'll be stored onto your hard-drive.
