WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
An xbox 360

A PARTNER

Alright so what your gonna do is go to a pre-game lobby and invite your friend.
Next, you have your friend press playercard
Next, have your friend press Leaderboards
Next have him go to any of the game modes and change filter
NOW SWITCH LOBBIES TO PRIVATE MATCH AND BACK TO COMBAT TRAINING AND BACK TO PRIVATE MATCH FAST!!!!!!
Tell your friend to go to xbox live party and view your playercard
NOW BACK OUT!!!! So your friend should be in a lobby by himself
Tell him to load any game on the fileshare.
NOW, REPEAT THE FIRST STEP ALL THE WAY TO THE BACKING OUT STEP
Now start the game, and at the same time have your friend start ANY file share game mode and back out right before you start the match,

FOR SOME REASON IF YOU DO THIS RIGHT HE GOES IN A LOBBY BY HIMSELF AND YOU CAN JOIN AND INVITE WHOEVER AND THE XP STICKS!!!
