Anyone know how i can change it to open? it used to be on that but keeps changing to moderate n strict? bitta help please

i used this video to change mine from strict to open. but if you reset your router it usually changes you IP address so you have to do most of it over again.

Get rid of your firewall on the modem, that's usually the problem.

what i did was reset my router and then that fixed mine
but you need to know all of your settings and password

Reset your router should keep it open.
