Where will the leveling road be? And can you get rep gear without the rep? ie having it drop somewhere?

The gear will not cost rep anymore, as it is against the rules. I'll have to think of another way. Help me out?

I'm not sure where the leveling road will be yet either, probably somewhere widely spread and out in the open, so people don't level extremely fast. We don't want people hitting 250 right away, then just saying, Oh This is boring.

But, For those who hit 250, there will always be new gear to get.

Given that I ran a private server once before, I do learn quickly
I'd only invest my time in this if your meaning to go big with this private server!
Might I suggest $$ donations for gear instead of rep. You can always host that offline TTG, and on your own forum or website, since if you are going to make your server big, you'll need the money to have a nice dedicated server :]

My chances are narrow(since I almost have NO knowledge of simple WoW things), so I don't want to go in complete detail in my application.

If you are interested in me, just give me a PM and I'd be happy to give a more detailed explanation in my experiences with private servers and others.

I posted only because your thread post looked REAL interesting, and it'd be nice to join, even if I don't make the staff, I'll play your server :]

And yeah, I was thinking about donations for gear instead. It seems like, if all the people on here team up and get this server going good it could become something big. Which means good money. And a good server. I know nothing of hosting it on a dedicated server though. I never got that far with old prvt servers. My old servers were just for me a few friends to mess around on. You have an advantage over a lot of the applicants.
