Some one stole my account and he changed everything and i was wondering how do i get it back i already called microsoft and they didnt do anything

Microsoft would do something about it, you have to give all your details and CC details so that it matches your account. They would freeze your account and console ban the person who is on your account now.

this dude on black ops i said he was gay and like he said sum stuff then he sent me a picture to my account and he was signed in on it on xbox.com and so i got off and when i got back on it would not let me recover it or sign on it and he changed the email pass and everything

Call MS and give them the CORRECT information and anything that can prove your the owner of the account.

Keep calling the somewhat useless employees of the xbox live support line, and just give them proof your the owner etc etc....
