1.) You need 2 people to do this and you need to be on a Xbox LIVE match. The person that isnt hosting will level up (host wont level).
2.) You need to have at least two characters on your profile, (I have a Siren and a Soldier)one has to be the level you want to become (61) and the other has to be the one you want to level, choose the one you want to level.
3.) The host counts down from 3(3,2,1).
4.)On 3 the host starts the game, and the person getting leveled chooses "Choose Character"
5.) The game should start up and the person being leveled will have the character select screen up during the game.
6.) Choose your highest level character, The character you want to level will become that level. :Examle: Start with level 40, in game choose level 61, You level up 21 times right away.
I know it is hard to understand by reading it, if you have trouble send me a message saying you want it done.

So basically, just to make this simpler for people, you have two accounts signed in, one higher than the other, and you select the higher leveled character on the lower level account? Yes?

Yes it is perminant, but you have to pick up a gun and kill something first, then save.

This is permanent and I didnt need to shoot anything to doit, some guy invited me to a game and told me to go on my lowest character and on 3 hit select character, in the game i chose my level 61, i got to exit and save, then i had 2 level 61s
