I am pretty sure you can't play on xbox live with silver. If there is a way to you could get banned for doing it. There is a reason we pay for gold.

Dude, ok listen up. Black Ops only did it only once.

They made it so you can play black ops free for ONE weekend. (first strike launch weekend in fact)

And there doing it again for the next map pack.

(6/28/11) june 28th is launch date

But you can still play black ops WHENEVER not just weekends for free if you participate. XBL patry chat and everything. Just dasboard, and privlages are GONE. lol

It was with a 48 hour trial. They show up silver.
