I agree and disagree. They are fairly organized.

It is just that with different time zones I am almost positive things can get hectic.

yeah the staff works hard. since I am staff on a different website I know what it is all about. and the site I am staff on does not have near as many members as ttg so I can imagine it would be a pain

Well I can relate very well...

So yeah. It is somewhat of a pain with even 1/40th of TTG members.

So I give tremendous Props.

450000 members and about 15000 active useres daily. there is alot of ghost accounts, and banned members
but like 15 major staff for 15000 isnt enough

Take into consideration how hard these guys work. And how much trust a memebr would need to be on staff.

you dont see all the staff there is, there are quite a few with like 300-500 posts, and they are moderators, but they have the powers, and the admins and mods do work hard, i know, i see some of the stuff they go through

I wish I could be a staff for a day to see what it feels like lols probably hard work

i totally agree like i dont think staff sit on here 24/7 they have a life to live
