my friend on xbox want me to mod red dead for them but the are hundred of miles away if i recover there accounts will i still be able to mod it for them????????????

No you can not. You will need to mod his Mulitplayer save and thats not on his profile, its stored on his device.

yes when u av his account get a read dead save game and mod it.it will then stick on his profile and will be 5th with all unlocks wen e recovers it back

Thats not possible. It stick ONLY on the mulitplayer save game, not HIS porifle.

only way you could do this was if you modded a multiplayer save for his profile then uploaded his save so he can download it but he would still need a flash drive or transfer cable.
